An ongoing project exhibited in Melbourne, Ballarat (BIFB and others), Warrnambool and Bairnsdale (2009- 2020). The Tambo River runs through the high country of North East Gippsland in Victoria, Australia.
I often spend hours wading amongst the shallows and capturing the play of light on the constantly changing river surface and bed. I am eternally fascinated by this project and love the way it focuses perception to reveal the abstract in nature. My soul resides in this country. These images are minimally edited. I want nature to speak for itself.
